Very thorough. Normally 3 controllers in Atlanta, and then an interview with the mill. It is a "situational" interview, based on the MBM Guiding Principles. This is a very different process from other interviews I have taken in the past.

Describe a situation where we had to prioritize work to meet very tight deadlines on a project.
The pre screening for the interview procress fell through and recruiter canceled 15 minutes beforehand telling me that the offer had been given to another candidate. That was very unprofessional

We did not get to the interview becuase they is an initial pre screen phone interview that you do before the interview and I was not able to get through that round. I would have liked the opportunity
It was a Very nice and straight forward interview process. I believe it was one round for the interview process. The interviewers were nice and understanding, also very straight forward.
The interview process was quite intense. I was interviewed by at least four managers/supervisors. The interview was over a hour. I was tired and ready to relax afterwards. Be sure to attend the interview prepared.
