Very simple process. A phone call from recruiter, a couple onsite interviews and a decision. The company is great moving through the interview process in a reasonable timeframe.
Company leverages behavior based interviewing, looking for specific examples understanding that past behavior is a predictor of future behaviors. Interviews were conducted in groups with a current HR team member and someone from the business.
