Colloquio
The interview was entirely behavioral in nature, no technical questions were asked (aside from technical interests). There were two interviewers, an HR rep and an employee engineer participating in the recruiting process. It was laid back, but bouncing between the two interviewing styles of the interviewers was not always easy.
