All day interview (7am to 3pm) with multiple people in multiple departments. All questions were behavioral based; i.e. they are focused on how you handled certain situations or reacted & corrected mistakes, etc. The interview included breakfast & lunch.

It was a really easy interview. Asked questions that were straightforward. Definitely still prepare for it. Important to ask any questions that you may have at the end. Including what do you look for in a successful candidate

Tell me about yourself? What makes you a good candidate?
Went through 3 rounds of interviews and felt very promising. Flew in for a final in person interview. There was a revolving panel of employees who asked questions. Finally was what would be my manager. He was nodding off during my answers (I swear I wasn’t that boring). Either he was pulling overtime and getting no sleep or had some other issue going on. I didn’t get the job.

Starts with the typical recruiter interview where general and situational questions are asked, then 2 more interviews follow. The recruiter ghosted me, which I find highly unprofessional and would think a company like Georgia Pacific had higher standards than that.
