Colloquio
The company does a phone interview and if they like you they will do an in person interview with several supervisors. The panel was intimidating but the company does a good job at making you feel at home and at ease.
5 questions total. Three were given beforehand with two being asked on the spot. Panel of 5 or 6. After the interview, it took two weeks to hear back and the background check added another few weeks on.

There was a question pertaining to each cultural value. Many questions they use are listed on their sample list online.
2 virtual interviews, one with hiring manager and another with departmental manager. Asked basic behavioral questions , nothing technical at all. Over the course of 3-4 weeks. Very straightforward and easy process.
