Interview is fairly simple and there is only one interview. You’ll get asked questions regarding your experience, your desire to be in higher Ed/ serve students, situation based questions, and questions about your technical proficiency (excel)

30-minute skype interview. Very typical of other advisor positions. Nothing unusual. Interview included current advisors and assistant directors. Second round was in person with Associate Director. More informal and conversational. When I received the offer, the amount they offered me was below the listed minimum on the job description. This was a red flag for me.
