During the process, I got to meet current staff and look around the facility. The initial was brief and focused on job-related skills as well as my availability and interest in the position.

It was a phone interview. I was asked questions regarding accounting and budgeting.
I was also asked if i had handled cash in previous positions.
I was asked basic accounting questions.
I was asked to explain my past experiences.

Easy and straight forward. Talked with manager and supervisor in the office. No further interview. Questions are all typical interview questions. It took about two to three weeks to get the offer.
