I applied as a web developer for one of the labs on campus. It was a very informal interview -- we mostly just talked about very high-level concepts and my past experience. There were not any technical questions, just simple stuff like which operating system did I prefer and why, etc. Very easy interview overall.

i apply through the university website(sece, dining, rec center, etc), then got an email to schedule the interview. I could interview either online or offline. Then, I got an offer email.

The interview process is brief. They generally look for referrals when hiring before posting anything, Questions are only behavioral in nature. Be prepared to talk about basis things such as your strengths and weaknesses as well as any past experience.
