Very thorough in length. Several steps in the process - almost too many that made me want to back out of the process. Everyone I met was nice and the questions weren’t too hard.

1-3 rounds usually, by committee includes standard matrix questions, usually first interviewed by colleagues and supervisor then higher ups and leadership team. Interview process might take anywhere between 1 month and 4 months depending on how far along you get. HR is SLOW and unhelpful.

Applied online, phone interview then in person full day interview. Paid for travel expenses, lunch and hotel. Travelled from out of state, appreciate paying for mileage but only after asking. whole process took about 6 weeks total.
