I had a phone screening interview with a recruiter. Most of questions were about my past experience, some technical questions were asked too, but they are pretty easy. Then the recruiter sent me a 30 min IQ quiz (math, pattern recognition). After completing the quiz, I had 30 min interview with the recruiter and the hiring manager, this interview was pretty much the same as the first interview. Then, they gave me a take-home coding challenge. This one is easy, but I could've paid more attention to my coding style. After submitting my code, I was invited to the final interview. The final interview was a panel interview with the hiring manager and the team. They asked me to explain my code, and asked some other technical, behavioral questions. After 1 week, I got a rejection email from the recruiter saying they need someone who is more experienced.

the first round is a telephonic video interview in which the hiring manager asked about previous experience and expected date of joining and then asked pre-listed technical questions and noted the answers it looks like the non-technical person taking the technical round.

Applied online. Got a video interview invitation after resume screening. I have never seen any company doing video interview at first step. Seems like they want to check the race of the candidates. Recruiter who is non technical, do this video interview to ask technical questions and then follow up saying it was phone interview. Never got a phone call. Be perfect yourself first if you’re looking for perfect candidates.

Talked about my profile and experience.
Also 3-4 technical behavioral ques in that
Since they were looking to fill position at two locations.
Application was redirected to HR of other location
"Again repeating the same interview questions and everything ". On top of it, the 2nd interviewer was in a hurry. Did not listen for completion of the answer.
Overall, waste of time because the 2nd HR interviewer seemed less interested.
Beware.
