Worst interview ever. Suppose to be 4 rounds, phone screen-candidate quiz-coding assessment-team match with senior manager-final round with the VP. Got rejected after the candidate quiz with no reason or feedback. Be careful, they would pretend to be nice in the beginning.

Colloquio
Total of 4 and a half rounds. Screening -> Candidate quiz (IQ test - 0.5 rounds) -> Coding (with HR and reviewed by Manager afterwards) -> Technical interview with Panel -> Final interview with VP. Everyone is SO friendly throughout the process and the process is mind-blowingly transparent and efficient.
Fair interview questions that don't dive into rabbit holes or require knowledge of a particular tech package. The first thing the interviewer does is let you know that it is okay to not know about a topic and we can discuss something else. Very nerve-easing.
