First round was a quick interview with recruiting to confirm a basic fit with qualifications. Entirely remote as I am in a different state than the company. Well organized. The second interview was with three supervisor level employees. I believe it was a behavior based interview to remove bias. Utilizes the STAR method for interviewing. Everyone I met had worked there a very long time (which seems to be the trend as a whole).

Interview was smoothly. They answered every question I had. I talked to an employee who is a friend of a friend . They are straight up on its sales. They are willing to teach this. The friend of a friend told me it's not as bad as I'm thinking.
