The interview process was longer than most interview processes. There was 3 different interviews in a time period of a couple weeks. One was a phone call and the next 2 were via Zoom. There were lots of "tell me a time when.." questions.

Initial phone interview was about 20 minutes, discussed different aspects of the position, confirmed information from my resume. In person interview: Went over the basic questions that most interviews hav: relative job experience, explaining a certain type of interaction with a customer/how you reacted, education ect.
