The interview process consisted of an initial telephone interview with basic information followed by a skills assessment. Following the skills assessment there was an in person presentation about my background and skills with the other candidates and the leadership team. Following presentations were more in-depth personal interviews and a tour.

The Process was broken up into four steps, Virtual One Way Interview, Quiz, Get to Know you Discussion, PM Interview and Presentation. While extensive, it was purposeful. Given the culture of the organization, they are looking to only bring on the best. The process was tedious but not difficult.
