After a few days, I had a phone interview with a Recruiter who gave me a lot of additional information about the company and the team and talked with me about my experience (mainly the last steps) and my motivation for a new job. After that I received a technical test which was challenging but overall okay. After that, I had several interviews with Engineers, the manager and a so called culture fit interviewer.

1. Initial call with recruiter for self introduction. 2. codility test with a sorting problem. 3. Live coding. Code refractoring, SOLID, OOP 4. Motivational Interview with a senior engineer - what you're looking for in your next job, success and failure experience of your past projects 5. Behavioural Interview with engineering manager - your success / failure experience in past projects 6. Interview with CTO - you get 15 minutes to ask questions and another 15 minutes is for the CTO to ask you questions. Mostly about how you handle situations in a team context, test your ownership in projects and etc.

Initial phone interview. Afterwards a series of interviews with all the involved parties. Technical with engineers, general with hiring and product manager, cultural fit and finally general with CEO of the company.
