Initial communication was great. Antonia, a Senior recruiter, was friendly, helpful and extremely competent. The whole process is a bit time consuming - the first screening, coding challenge, tech interview, hiring managers interview, final interview. I've managed to get to the last stage. It lasts near 4 hours. Unfortunately, I failed to show my best ability during the interview. It was a life-changing thing and you can't help, but get nervous which doesn't help. I must highlight that, opposite to many other organisations, hiring manager Varun gave me a feedback as well as Antonia. I am really grateful for it. Keep up the good work!
