Very brief, Video interview was the main part where it would ask customer service based questions. Face to face interview was just for details and training. The training was a little long for what it was but useful nonetheless. The people there were very kind and helpful and were open to any questions asked.
It was really easy. I contacted with them then started next week. Everything was really easy. They asked some documents to provide, asked driving licences etc. I supplied than started
Quick interview. 5 mins with document check. Important to show you are competent and willing to work. Also arrive on time. Overall interview process was very relaxing. The interviewer was laid back.
