Thanks for raising this experience. We have spoken to all the agencies with which we work with to ensure that the feedback given to them is received by the applicant in good time. We are commited to ensuring that we run a process that is engaging and immersive for all involved. In terms of questions we typically shy away from asking time limited or subjective questions such as 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years?' Certainly, the question would centre around individual trajectories and developmental opportunities as opposed to strict time frames as different people work at different paces and what is true for one person is not necessarily true for another.
