Describe the Interview Process - efficient, on point, a little misleading regarding opportunities. Met entire team which was great. HR were always available and helpful. Was informed of next steps as process went on. Hard to get recognized by HR without referral.

There was no phone screen. I was invited to the interview solely on the basis of my resume.
At the interview I met with the HR Manager and then the Hiring Manager. The HR Manager portion included the traditional interview questions, such as: Why Getty? What are your goals? This lasted about 30 minutes.
The hiring manager portion, included questions about my resume. Everything was geared towards learning how the skills developed throughout my career were transferrable to position I was applying for. There were no out of the ordinary questions. This interview was about 1 hour.

There were no unexpected questions. "What are your weaknesses?" was probably the most difficult. I'm not a fan of that question.
