I was hired as a financial analyst trainee but only for 4 days. There was a simple interview round and I was hired and after around 1 month there was joining.i was happy that I got a job so didn't search another1. At the time of joining there was an announcement that there will be assessment and then only your job will be confirmed,I was shocked. They said they will provide us 1 week training and on that basis assessment will be there in real the training was for 2 days and they took assessment and out of 30 student they select only 3 candidate,and rest all thrown out

Colloquio
The Interview was held at their Ghansoli office.
First, they took a typing test in which I was asked to type numbers displayed on the screen. This was elimination round. You are supposed to have a score more than 800KPH (I don't remember exact no.)
Then I was given 4 numbers and was asked to do operations on it so it yielded a particular number.
Then there was an interview where I was asked about basics of finance.
That's all.
