I actually worked with the one of the owners and President for about twelve years at a different company, so we had a previous long term relationship.I had also worked with the other executives in the company for many years, so there was already a comfort level with one another. Met with the other owner for about two hours and discussed his vision for opening a Dallas studio and company expectations. Developed a very comfortable relationship in this first meeting that continued to grow.
