Applied online, next day received call for group interview/tour/drug test. The drug test is done on the same day as your interview its a swab of your mouth. Then the hr manager interviews you one on one. You then get scheduled for the pallet Jack class at another location. You have to take a written test but the instructor does it during the class so it's not really a "test" answers are shared amongst everyone. Then the instructor lets you practice on the pallet Jack. He is looking for safety not so much technique. If you pass that then you have to take a physical at Patient First then a lift test up the street from PT. I failed the lift test. I couldn't lift 50lbs above my head. They put weights in a wooden box. Had it just been a 50lb dumbbell I would have passed but no...you have to lift up to 100lbs 4x each. First 20, 50, 100. You pass then you're hired! You fail..well you know.
