The interview process moved fairly quickly. I submitted an application and was contacted about an initial interview the next day. They asked me to meet with someone the next day. The interview was fairly standard, but my main concern is that the interviewer dodged questions about their COVID policies. They mentioned that it's important to have people working in the office and I asked if they were complying with county guidelines about wearing masks indoors. They said that HR could answer that question. Perhaps they didn't want to speak out of turn, but it was a bit of a red flag for me. I didn't hear from them about whether or not they wanted me to move forward in the process.
