Had to go through multiple rounds, written aptitude test, Technical interview, HR interview and Finally CEO interview. Each round was taken by a different person and each person gave a perspective of what is expected from me.

Most important question was why are you here, if its just a job then this is not the place. U need to have dreams bigger than what normal people live to be part of this organization.
Okay, it was quite good and they first ask about your self then they ask to share screen nd give you some programming questions / task to solve after ,its bases on the language we choose to ans the question

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Gibots (Poona) nel mese di mar 2018
Colloquio
The Company is located at Sangamwadi,pune.The interview process started with a technical test which was conducted by the staff members of the company.The technical test consisted of 30 MCQ's. The test duration was of 45 minutes.The test included the questions based on the tricky programs and the html/javascript/css syntax.
After completing the test the results were announced after an hour. 6 candidates were shortlisted for the further technical round and I was one of those 6 candidates. The technical interview was a bit more focused on the skillset of the candidates.The interviewer asked questions related to the interests of the candidates. As the company is a new start-up, the more focus is on the logical thinking of the candidates and his/her ability to work for long hours. The interviewer was very professional and friendly at the same time. After the interview he asked me, Do you have any questions for me? I asked for the feedback regarding the interview. He politely said that your skill-set doesn't match our requirements as you are a candidate from Mechanical background you should try in Mechanical Field. The further round was the Hr round which i was unable to attend as I was rejected in the Technical round . Overall experience was very good and I managed to work on the skills which can get me a job in IT field.
