The manager emails you for an interview. Then, you just answer some questions. The important question asked is how you would teach a child about adding 3 numbers. Other questions are a breeze.
The interview process was quickly done by submitting your resume. Then the director when over your resume with and asked when I can start. The manager/director was very nice and patient with the interview.

The interview was with this lady in a room upstairs in the building. She asked me a couple really easy and predictable questions. The whole thing lasted like 10 minutes.
