The first stage of the interview was a video call, and the team members were very friendly and welcoming. I was genuinely impressed and could envision myself working with them. I was later invited for the final interview with the CEO. While the conversation went fine, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up afterward. Given that the second stage was an in-person interview, which required commuting to their office, it would have been courteous to at least receive a rejection email or a LinkedIn message. Being ghosted after investing time and effort into the process is far from ideal.
