The same day after applying to the post on LinkedIn, I get an email saying: "Our team has reviewed your application and we consider that you have the potential to be a great fit for several of our open opportunities!" Notice it says "SEVERAL OPEN OPPORTUNITIES." Next day I do the 15 minute "aptitude" test. I get another automated email saying: "Our team is impressed by your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, and now, we are eager to delve deeper into your technical prowess, which will play a critical role in aligning you with the perfect opportunities that showcase your skills and expertise." Cool! - Later in the evening of that same day I complete a 60+ minute technical challenge - 3 coding exercises and 2 questions. Following morning (today) I wake up to another automate email: "Our team has reevaluated the demands of the position, and it has taken a new path. While your qualifications and experience are truly impressive, we find ourselves in a situation where the current needs have shifted, prompting us to pursue an alternative direction." What happened to "several open opportunities"? Meanwhile the LinkedIn post for the job is still live. I should've taken the other reviews seriously. Don't waste your time here. This company and its postings are a joke.
