Very nice experience overall. Interview was like a conversation. The hiring manager was very respectful. He asked about my research experience, the projects that I did, and a few technical details about my research. I personally think it's a much more effective way to gauge a candidate's technical skills & communications skills than giving those typical interview questions that people just prepare a whole speech for. The entire process was pleasant and efficient. For this internship there was just one interview. The recruiters were extremely helpful as well.

Interview process efficient and wrapped up before the end of December for a May 2023 internship start date. I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter followed by two interviews with the hiring manager where we mostly went over behavioral questions and past projects I've worked on. There were no technical components to the interview process. Shortly after the second interview with the hiring manager, I was contacted by HR and informed that were offering the position to me and I was able to accept and sign off on paperwork within a few days. The whole process took about 1.5 months!
