Applied for the role. They reached out a few weeks later. I had one interview with recruiter. They asked for a ton of work samples and said they would reach out in a week. I put an hour of time putting the portfolio samples together. Ghosted me. Never heard back. Really unprofessional guys..
This was a fairly solid interview process. The interview team was quick and organized with clear questions and a process that makes sense. I also had the ability to counter offer.

3 rounds of Interviews and then got ghosted by recruiter. Mailed 3 times, and no response. You kinda get your hopes up if interviews go very well and it is your top choice career wise. And then they ghost you for a month and still no rejection, nor acceptance. Disappointed
