I applied and was contacted back 3 weeks later by the recruiter. Interview went fine and he asked me all the standard questions for a first round interview. He told me he was meeting with the hiring manager the following Monday and would have an update then. I sent a thank you email but considering it's been 2 weeks since it is safe to assume Ive been ghosted. It is frustrating considering this application required a cover letter and they took 3 weeks to reach out to begin with.
