The situation was made more difficult by the overall impact on my well-being during the process, including ongoing stress and loss of sleep. I respect the company’s products and standards, but the verification and post-offer process felt excessively rigid and lacking in transparency. Improving communication, consistency, and timelines would significantly improve the candidate experience.
