After application, video interview followed by a support response writing test, then another interview - that's where it ended for me. If I had been successful I think that I would have had a final interview but sadly that didn't happen. Everyone was very pleasant. It takes a few weeks end-to-end, and sometimes you feel a bit as though there is nothing happening. Glassdoor makes you put a city but in fact everything was dealt with online.
