Applied online. One telephone interview with HR Manager and 2 Senior Scientists, followed by an assessment day at Givaudan.

A Competency Based Interview
An assessment of your ability to read and summarise an academic paper
A 20 minute presentation + questions
Tour of facility and lunch

First interview is over the phone with HR to confirm details. these details would include basic reasons for applying, salary expectations, able to work in office 5 days a week. You will then be offered an in-person interview. I only completed the first as I declined the in person interview.
