I participated in a screening interview. The calendar scheduling software did not work properly, so I emailed the recruiter with preferred times. The recruiter was 20 minutes late to the interview and then had to reschedule for later in the day. When we finally did speak the recruiter was friendly. I ended up interviewing for two positions that were open. I received notice within two weeks that I was not selected to move to the next round. I asked for additional feedback and none was provided. The same two positions were re-advertised and are still open four months later.

I didn't apply for this position but for others on their site months before at different intervals. I was asked to apply to this position and was immediately given an interview. Then the interview was straightforward and was told I would go normally through the second round but never heard from them anymore. I saw that the position was still advertised a year later. I would say then it was a mock recruitment process.
