Reached out to me via email for a video interview, this was quite easy, this was then followed by a phone call chat to discuss myself in more detail and learn more about the role.
It was in 2 parts. Online with role plays (customer and SA) and the second one was face to face, with more detailed focus on your person and abilities. They also check how you act and if you are suitable for the role
