I was contacted by a recruiter. I talked with hiring manager and we set up a date for me to go to San Francisco to meet the team. Very unorganized. I was there 10 min early (after commuting over an hour to get there). There was no secretary at desk to greet me. I had to wait for some time, then the hiring manager said oh well you are early. He then asked me to wait so he could reserve a room. After talking to a dev, then the hiring manager came in with another QA. She was impolite and condescending. I almost actually got up and left. Gladly should know that that interview is a two way process
