Straight forward hiring and interview process. Applied online and was contacted by phone a few days later. Interview was very professional in dress and attitude. Hiring managers made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me on any answers. Questions were relatively simply and involved general customer service situations. When interviewed I was seated in a board room talking to the HR and Assistant HR Managers.

Questions were relatively expected and easy to follow. That being said if I had to pick a the hardest questions I would just say it involved handling an irate customer.

It was an easy and comfortable process. The interview was with two managers and they explained the job duties and hours. I applied online and got an email to come in for an interview. After the interview they let you know when you can find out more.
