A Glassdoor recruiter reached out to me and after several phone screens, I made the trip to Mill Valley for a day of face-2-face interviews. They forgot to give me a whiteboard coding question during the f2f, so I took home logic/coding problem the next day. Offer came quickly after the interview and was low for the industry.

Interview Process started with a recruiter call followed by a phone screen by Karat. Next step is an onsite interview for 5.5 hours. I interviewers were very nice and pleasant. Overall process is very organized.
