The process went very smooth and quickly. First, I was contacted the day after I applied online and was asked to have a phone interview, scheduled for three days later. After the phone interview, I was contacted immediately with an invite to come into the office for 4 half hour interviews with SDRs and SDR leaders. The interviews were very casual, comfortable, and very much two-sided. They were more like conversations than interviews. Finally, I was asked to come in to give a 15 minute presentation on myself, with 15 minutes of question and answer. I practiced heavily for the presentation, and everything went super well! Every person I met while interviewing made the process so enjoyable. They also made me super excited to join the Glassdoor team because of their genuine love of the company and the work they do! 10/10 would recommend.

I met Marijka and Caroline who made me feel so at ease from the second I walked in the door. They were both chatty and bubbly and allowed for a very open conversation. It was around my background and how my experience can relate to the position. A few competency based questions thrown in too. Mainly about what motivates you and your growth mindset. The interview was 45 minutes and the a 30 minute role play.
