I had a first phone interview with the in-house recruiter, then a second phone interview with one of the team members. I was then invited for an onsite interview, which lasted about 3 hours including team lunch. The onsite consisted of a 30-minute portfolio presentation and 5 of 30-minute one-on-one interviews with the team members. It didn't feel like a drag at all- it was pleasant chatting with everyone. I was surprised that I wasn't given any design exercise, though.
