Initial interview was a phone call with the recruiter which was for them to learn more about you, what was your past professional experience, what motivates you, etc. Next, was a phone call with the hiring manager. More learning about the role and your past life experiences alignment with the role responsibilities. Next step was 4 - 30 minute interviews with SDR Leads and SDRs. Great experience to speak first hand with a current SDR. Final step was a 15 minute presentation and a 15 minute or so Q&A. The recruiter, James, does an exceptional job throughout the process.
