I had about three phone interviews ( one with recruiter, hiring manager, hiring manager's manager). I did completed an excel exercise that I had 2 days to complete took probably 8-10 hours, on site interview (5-6) - it required intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, charts ) where I built a deck along side. Lastly I had to provide references and do a background check.
