A hiring manager from Glassdoor reached out to me via email to arrange an initial phone screen then a second phone interview two days later with a manager from the department I applied to. The hiring manager then arranged the on-site interview with 2-3 emails which included the itinerary of who I'd be speaking with and for how long. The on-site interview included a short tour of the office and a 3 hour interview with four separate people.
