Posted the resume in job portal and got a call from Glassdoor Talent Acquisition team member. She told that they are looking for an exceptional search engineer to join in their team. Also, she told that if I am interested for this position then she will schedule a phone interview as a first step. I told yes and after 10 days I received an email from Glassdoor CTO about the phone interview date and time stating that the interview will last for 30-45 minutes.
