The recruiter I worked with was amazing - she was super responsive and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. I had a quick phone screen with the HM (introduced by an old colleague). Then after another round of phone calls with the recruiter and HM, I did a case study and a VC presentation. Last rounds an on-site and then VC with CMO. It was long but straightforward, everyone was welcoming and the office in Mill Valley is beautiful. Culture seems really great, supportive and overall genuinely kind.
