The recruiter is completely unprofessional. This is extremely ironic since Glassdoor purports to be a job search tool. Glassdoor's recruiting is in no uncertain terms a mess. After inputting my availability in a scheduling tool, the recruiter never followed up to confirm an exact time. She called me seemingly out of nowhere because we never actually scheduled a call, so I ended up missing the call. It has been 18 days and we still have not been able to set up a phone screener. After I missed her call, the recruiter emailed me. I responded, but received no response. I then followed up twice. 13 days later she emailed me, proposing a specific time. I confirmed that worked. But once again I received no response. I have since followed up, but have yet to hear back. Overall, this leaves a very poor impression. The lack of responsiveness and lag time between responses is ridiculous and unprofessional.
