      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Glassdoor nel mese di giu 2014

      Colloquio

      1) Introductory phone interview with HR; background, fit, skill set, general questions to see if I was interested and if I would be a viable candidate for the job. Also, timeline, and general job fit questions. Was told at the end they would like me to speak to the hiring director. 2) Interviewed with the hiring director by phone a couple days later, and was more of a skill-set interview in the form of a cool conversation. Was asked about my skill-set, the work I have done in the past, where I see myself going in the future, and my interests. Also asked job specific questions about what I know how to do and how I would do certain things. Probably the best conversation I've ever had in an interview. Was asked immediately if I wanted to come to the office for in person interviews (literally in a few days). 3) Was flown out, a couple days later and had several in person interviews with folks I'd be working with. More logical questions, things around how I was solve certain problems, my approach to questions that could be asked and what gets me excited; along with the tools I know how to use and my current 'technical' skills. Again, everyone was a joy to talk to, and it all felt really free flowing. A wonderful interview experience. They also showed me the office and it's a pretty sweet space! -I was accommodated with such grace and thought, it was refreshing. Flight scheduling, interview times, you name it, and it was thought through. Any questions I had were responded to immediately. -The team wants to hear what you've done and your thoughts. They ask detailed follow up questions on things you say and want to know your thought process, which is very cool because it shows genuine interest in what you have to say.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

All of the questions were logical and fair, the most technical were how I would deal with duplicate records, and how I would build a forecast model.
