I've found that you can tell a lot about what its like to work at a company by how they treat candidates during the recruiting process. The team at Glassdoor was very transparent at every step of the way, as well as supportive, professional, flexible and personable. While the process itself had many steps (Recruiter screen, Hiring manager screen, Take home assessment, panel interview, executive interviews, CEO 1:1), I always knew what was coming and where I was in the process. Each interviewer dug into different topic areas, in a well coordinated way. What surprised me most was how much every interview felt like a conversation and an opportunity to genuinely learn about the company.
