It was a group interview where there were alot of people. You answered some questions about yourself and then made an outfit with your group. Not much else other than that

Colloquio
There was a group of about 25 girls in the first round. we went round the circle doing ice breakers then got split into three smaller groups. in there groups we discussed what we life about glassons. then we had to walk around the store chosing an outfit for a summer BBQ and selling it to the manager. I got a call the next day for a floor trial. I spent 30 minutes walking around the store greeting customers. The initial interveiw went well but the floor trial only went okay. The manager wasn't even watching the floor trial and all the customers just wanted to browse so there wasn't much for me to do. They never emailed or called to follow up afterwards.
