Pretty standard. Multiple coding rounds, a system design, and lastly a past work discussion (and light system design) with the hiring manager. Questions were not very difficult, maybe medium leetcode at most.
First the recruiter reached out, and detailed conversation about the processes and setup an interview for technical. The technical interview was a in-house problem requiring the use of DSA knowledge but also problem solving skills.
It was just the initial recruiter screening. It was going well with basic questions like introducing myself and agentic AI experience. Then at the end, told that they are not hiring if visa sponsorship is needed and I was referred to Singapore role instead.
